About Us

The LobbyWise President and Founder has nearly 20 years of experience in Washington, DC. As a congressional staffer, a trade association lobbyist, and a successful contract lobbyist for various corporate, non-profit, and municipal clients; he knows what it takes to be successful in federal government relations advocacy.

Justin LeBlanc launched LobbyWise after spending several years as a contract lobbyist with boutique firms in Washington, DC including his own: LeBlanc Government Relations. In this capacity, Justin represented municipal clients as well as non-profit and for-profit clients from various industries including: health, life sciences, real estate, telecommunications, food, and homeland security. During this time, Justin watched far too many clients pick the wrong lobbying firm, sometimes including his own! It was these experiences that led Justin to establish LobbyWise.

Justin served for six years as the Vice President of Government Relations for the National Fisheries Institute, the national trade association for the fish and seafood industry of the United States.
